Are you accepting new patients?

We are accepting a limited amount of new admissions at this time with direct referrals. There is no waiting list available.

What insurance plans does your office accept?

We accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Tricare, and Aetna insurance at this time.

What if you don’t accept my insurance?

In some cases, you may negotiate a single case agreement with your health insurance carrier. Please be advised that these can be tricky and that the patient is responsible for any balance that is not covered by insurance.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, however we do not store your information, or take payments by phone. You must provide your payment card in person.

What if I can not afford my bill?

Payment plans are available for those with extenuating circumstances. We also offer a standard 5 month payment plan option of 20% per month if you have a balance of $250 or more. Please contact the office at 508-993-3000 to see if you qualify. Ignoring your bills will cause your account to go to collections, so be sure to contact the office if you have a problem paying your bill.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

For missed appointments, and also appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice, there will be a fee of $55. It is strongly advised that you reschedule your appointments right away to avoid termination of care.

Do you give appointment reminders?

Effective in January 2014, we now provide appointment reminders within a week of your scheduled appointment. Be sure to keep us updated of any information changes so we will be able to reach you with a reminder call. If you can not make your scheduled appointment please call our office right away at 508-993-3000 to avoid a fee.

What if I need a refill before my next scheduled appointment?

If you need a refill, please call our office at 508-993-3000 with your full name, date of birth, callback number, pharmacy, and medication information. It can take up to 2 business days to process your requests. Please be sure to call in advance of running out of your medication.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

If an appointment needs to be cancelled due to dangerous weather, we will call the number on your file as soon as possible. Please be sure to keep your contact information updated at all times.
